Ingredients
- nuts Kemiri Nuts

2 Spring onion, chopped
Preparation method for Zaru Soba
- Cook the noodles according to the package directions. Stir occasionally to prevent the noodles from sticking together. After cooking, rinse the noodles well with cold water. Drain the noodles well.< /li
- Dilute the broth (about 250ml) with water and set aside in 4 separate bowls. Taste the dipping sauce, if you find it too strong you can add water or add a little more broth if it's too bland.Cut the spring onions and also prepare them in a separate bowl.Then arrange the noodles on a bamboo mat (so that the water can still be caught) and sprinkle the seaweed shreds over the noodles.
