
Sesame Chicken

A mega simple, but very flavorful recipe. The ginger gives a fresh tang to this Chinese stir-fry dish

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon Seasoning paste hot CHUNG JUNG O. pk500g
- 2 tablespoon Chilli Paste Gochujang
- to taste Jasmine Rice Gold (Fragrant Rice)
- 45 ml Thin Soy Sauce
- 15 ml Sesame Oil
250 g Chicken breast cut into strips
30 g Ginger root peeled and thinly sliced
200 g Beans
1 Bell bell pepper
1 Spring onion cut into pieces
Preparation method for Sesame Chicken
- Heat the sesame- and rice oil in a wok and add the ginger slices. Fry these on a low heat until the ginger begins to release its fragrance.
- Add the chicken breast strips and fry these on a high temperature until golden brown.
- Add the spring onions and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
- Spoon the walnuts and sesame seeds through the dish and season with salt and pepper.
- Serve with stir-fry Chinese cabbage and Chinese noodles.
Serve tip
Replace the chicken with beef strips!
