A deliciously healthy smoothie and quick to prepare too!

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Peanut Oil
- 2 pieces Star Anise (Whole)
- 1/2 piece Palm Sugar Slices
- 3 pieces Dried Lime Leaves
- 6 tbsp Sweet Soy Sauce (Ketjap Manis)
- 200 g Thai Hom Mali Jasmine Rice
500 ml Coconut cream
500ml yogurt
Sugar to taste
Preparation method for Mango smoothie
- Blend all ingredients in a blender and turn on until smooth.
- The mango puree can be chilled beforehand to make it a real smoothie. Or put it in the fridge afterwards.
