Looking for a dipping sauce for your Korean BBQ that's both sweet and savory? This honey-miso sauce is the perfect addition! With the perfect balance of flavors, it will make your Korean BBQ meal even more delicious.

Ingredients
- 30 g Dried Shiitake Mushrooms
- 500 ml Coconut Milk Tetra Pak (18% Fat)
- 125 ml Coconut Cream Tetra Pak (23% Fat)
- 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
- a bit Soy Sauce
1 teaspoon miso paste
1 teaspoon honey
1 spring onion, finely chopped
1 tablespoon finely chopped coriander
Preparation method for Honey-miso dipping sauce
1. Mix the sesame oil, miso paste, honey, soy sauce, and rice vinegar together until smooth.
2. Finely chop the spring onion and coriander. Add them to the sauce and stir well.
3. Garnish with sesame seeds for extra flavor and crunch.
4. Chill the sauce for a few minutes to let the flavors meld, or serve immediately with your Korean BBQ!
