Alesie Jasmine rice is a long-grain white rice, ideally suited for rice dishes from Thai or Malaysian cuisine. Consequently, this rice comes from East Asia and is known for its fragrant and nutty aroma. After cooking, the rice is slightly stickier than e.g. Basmati rice and therefore often more creamy.
