Tapioca Flour 50 x 400 g

Tapioca flour is a starch extracted from the cassava root. You use it mainly as a binding agent, to thicken sauces or as a base for Bobba pearls with which to make Bubble Tea! You can also use tapioca flour to make a (gluten-free) dough!
